Return Policy

We hope that you’re happy with any product you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund subject to the conditions below.


No Hassle Return Policy:

  • Returns must be in original package and in NEW, saleable, unworn condition.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and include any accompanying materials that were originally included when the item was received.
  • You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.


Exclusions:

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival and will be declined for one of the following reasons:

  • Clearance items
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items appearing used or damaged after delivery
  • Items not returned within 30 days of initial ship date
  • Items not returned in original packaging


Damaged or Incorrect Item

We apologize if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item and will gladly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Please note: All damaged/defective or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 30 days of your order’s ship date. If we are notified of your damaged or incorrect item(s) after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.

Please follow the instructions listed on the “Return Instructions” page to report a damaged or incorrect item.


Return Timeframe

It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once your return has been processed, your refund can take up to 2-7 business days to appear on your account statement.

  • All refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase.
  • Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
  • We do not process exchanges. Please return your merchandise for a refund and place a new order to receive an alternate item.

 

Erroneous Returns

We are not responsible for accepting and returning any items that were not purchased on our site. If we receive an Erroneous Return, we will email the address listed on your account to notify you and hold the item for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. We will require, in our sole discretion, for you to pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return (“Return Fee”) back to you. If you do not respond to our email or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, we will take the position that you no longer want the item and do not wish to have it returned.
